At Hatabee, we pour care and precision into every custom-embroidered hat we create. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we stand by the quality of our work—and if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
1. RETURNS
1.1 Since all our hats are custom-made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted.
1.2 If you receive the wrong item or your order has a mistake that’s on us, please contact us at hatabeeus@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll review the situation and, if approved, arrange a replacement.
1.3 Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and sent back in original packaging with all tags intact. Items that do not meet these conditions won’t be eligible for replacement.
1.4 Please note: Hatabee is not responsible for any items lost during return shipping.
2. REPLACEMENTS
2.1 Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll determine whether a replacement is appropriate. Because all products are customized, we do not offer monetary refunds—replacements only when applicable.
3. CANCELLATIONS
3.1 We begin preparing your custom order—including digitizing artwork—shortly after it’s placed. Orders may be canceled within 72 hours, but will be subject to a $30 setup fee to cover the time spent on your design.
3.2 Canceled orders may also incur up to a 15% processing fee to cover materials and labor already invested.
