By placing an order through our website, you agree to enter into a binding contract with Hatabee, subject to these Terms of Sale and Delivery, as well as our general Terms and Conditions.
The contract is considered accepted once your payment has been processed in full and we confirm your order. No order is accepted until payment, including any applicable delivery charges, is received.
1. Payment Methods
1.1 Purchases may be paid for using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal through third-party payment platforms. Hatabee does not control or manage these payment systems and is not responsible for any issues, losses, or errors that may arise from their use.
1.2 All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
1.3 Your financial institution may charge additional fees (e.g., for international transactions or currency conversion). These charges are your responsibility.
1.4 Hatabee is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by local authorities or third-party logistics providers. Customers are solely responsible for any such charges.
2. Production and Delivery
2.1 Production times are estimated at 5-7 business days, depending on current workload. A real-time estimate will be shown at checkout.
2.2 Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days after production, depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Shipping time is in addition to production time.
2.3 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, location, and shipping method.
2.4 Hatabee currently services customers within the United States only. We do not guarantee service or shipping outside of the U.S.
3. Custom Orders and Product Availability
3.1 All hats are made to order. Hatabee does not carry pre-made or ready-to-ship inventory.
3.2 As a made-to-order service, items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.
4. Special Offers
4.1 Promotions, discounts, and special offers are available only while supplies last or for the duration specified in the promotion.
4.2 Discount codes or offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
5. Order Issues and Defects
5.1 If you receive an item with a defect or error, you must notify us at hatabeeus@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
5.2 Your request must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or mistake
5.3 Claims submitted after 15 days may not be eligible for a resolution.
6. Returns and Replacements
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, if an item is defective or there was an error in production caused by us, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, production may have started and cancellation may no longer be possible. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
8. Entire Agreement
8.1 These Terms, along with any policies explicitly referenced, represent the full agreement between you and Hatabee regarding your purchase.
